Alison was driven to the eating disorder field after her experiences as a competitive gymnast and Division 1 collegiate athlete. She is passionate about helping all individuals with varying backgrounds and all eating disorders through individualized care with a particular interest in pediatrics and athletes. She practices within the Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles by walking alongside clients to help them heal their relationship with food and themselves.
