She believes that how we feed our body and our mind matters. She emphasizes foods that taste good and make you feel good, as well as the important of balance and self-compassion in all aspects of our life. She utilizes a non-diet approach/intuitive eating principles and her love of food and cooking in her practice to help bring joy back to the eating experience for her clients.
