In addition to Five Element acupuncture I incorporate Dr Tan's Balance Method and Zero Balancing, a type of bodywork, which balances body energy and structure through touch.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve optimum health naturally. My areas of expertise are weight management, diabetes management and prevention, hormone balancing, anti-inflammatory diets, and autoimmune and digestive disorders. I believe restoring gut health is fundamental to improving all kinds of chronic conditions so this is a major focus of my practice.
