“My mission at Meridian Wellness Center is to help people feel better by handling pain and imbalances. My 20+ years in practice have shown me that Acupunctue can help people change. So whether it is for stress, pain or dysfunction, acupuncture will unleash your healing energy for positive change. This is because radiant health and well-being are programmed into the dynamic energy flows of our bodies. Acupuncture restores these healthy flows. I have a thorough training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. My gentle needling style is drawn from the Japanese tradtion.

The special training I have in trigger point release often contributes greatly to treatment for pain and injury recovery. It is my custom to educate my clients about techniques to use at home and I also recommend herbs, supplements and diet therapy to provide comprehensive care.

In the area of herbs, nutrition and skincare I am very experienced at anti-aging and longevity protocols. I am Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed in CT and NY. Meridian Wellness Center, which I direct, offers acupuncture, herbal medicine and massage therapy.”

Health and wellness are within your reach.
