
“I'm a nutrition consultant with a focus on children and family nutrition. My main specialty is autism, with a particular emphasis on digestive health. Within my support for families, I work with women from preconception preparation, pregnancy, and postpartum care of mother and baby. On the other side, I work with infants and children - both healthy and those with imbalances such as ADHD and autism. My intention is to create a healthy diet for the whole family, while meeting the needs of the individuals within the family.
I understand how nutrition affects health and apply my practiced knowledge of biochemistry to identify specific foods and nutrients that address a wide range of physical disturbances - including cognitive/emotional. My book on autism, Nourishing Hope, demonstrates how food and nutrients affect biochemistry and neurology, and hence mood and behavior.”
